Outdoor Lawn and Property Services, originally Jim’s Lawn and Landscape, has operated in Carroll County for 38 years. Started by Jim Wiles in 1978, his son, Jason, joined the business full time after graduating from McDaniel College in 2002. Jason continues the family business tradition as its current owner and manager of operations.
